
This is a monthly community space that gives us the opportunity to integrate and share what we’ve learned about ourselves and our practice individually and collectively. Together, we hold the space with compassion and non-judgement, welcoming curiosity.
Amy & Charmaine include elements of yoga philosophy, ethics, social justice theory and practice.
A typical session will look like the following:
Welcome & an introduction about the theme
Opening practice & spiritual acknowledgement
Creative and embodied practice e.g. meditation, visualisation, gentle movement, journaling etc.
Followed by reflections, spoken or written (optional).
Please note there is no requirement for you to turn your cameras on and no requirement to share if you choose not to.
This is a contemplative class so please join us in comfy clothes from a chair or cosy up in bed! Bring some tea and perhaps a notebook if you'd like to make notes or journal after the meditation.
